Job Description
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities for corporate training and Learning & Development (L&D) solutions.
- Promote and sell public and in-house training programs to corporate clients across various industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR practitioners, Learning & Development teams, and key decision-makers.
- Advise clients on suitable HRD Corp claimable training solutions and ensure compliance with HRD Corp requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and proposal preparation to contract closing and after-sales support.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, HRD Corp policies, and corporate training market developments.
