TGCC established in 2000, formed by a team of professionals from the field of education and training in 2002, we became an approved Training Provider under Human Resources Development Corporation (HRD CORP), Ministry of Human Resource, Malaysia. Besides conducting high valued training sessions, we are very affluent with HRD CORP approvals and reimbursements. Our customer centric approach is our greatest drive force that made us what we are today. Our journey started with offering traditional training sessions and today we have embarked on creating Leadership Excellence Centers & Management Development Programs for leading MNC's. We do not believe in offering off the rack training programs, all sessions are specially designed upon getting various feedback from clients. We have successfully implemented Assessment Centers with world class Psychometric Testing Tools and International Certified Assessors. We focus on "Continuous Training Approach" whereby all solutions are provided in an uniformed structure that will complement client's Vision & Mission.
