Soul Byrd restaurant will be unique because of the following factors: scratch cooking fast casual restaurant, 90% or greater locally sourced ingredients; our brining and marination techniques produce a chicken that tastes like no other in Malaysia. Our food is focused on bold and clean flavors, building on local ingredients used in nontraditional ways.
The restaurant/food service market is changing. We are building the business around take away and delivery service to meet the challenges of health and safety. It is important to establish in the minds of the guest that this a carry out brand with limited service for dine in guests.
The business model and menu are simple, making the concept scalable. After successfully opening and operating 5-7 outlets over the period of 3-4 years, it is planned to either sell the company or franchise for further growth.
