Job Description

PROCESSING COMPLAINT

  • Retrieve complain from customer and categorize it whether it is complete or not.
  • Make a summary based on complain provide by customer on system.
  • Distribute the complain from customer to the person in charge.
  • Keep in touch with the person in charge regarding the completion of tasks assigned to them
  • Make daily report regarding customer complain to Top Management.

ANSWER HOTLINE CALL

  • Entertain calls from customer regarding complain.

OTHER RELATED TASK

  • Complete any other related tasks given by superior.

JOB REQUIREMENT.

  • Able to speak / communicate well with customer
  • Can work under pressure.
  • Has at least minimum 1 to 2 years working experience in Customer Service Industry.
