- Retrieve complain from customer and categorize it whether it is complete or not.
- Make a summary based on complain provide by customer on system.
- Distribute the complain from customer to the person in charge.
- Keep in touch with the person in charge regarding the completion of tasks assigned to them
- Make daily report regarding customer complain to Top Management.
ANSWER HOTLINE CALL
- Entertain calls from customer regarding complain.
OTHER RELATED TASK
- Complete any other related tasks given by superior.
- Able to speak / communicate well with customer
- Can work under pressure.
- Has at least minimum 1 to 2 years working experience in Customer Service Industry.
