FULL-TIME [RM1,800 PM w/Benefits, OR

PART-TIME [RM10/HR | RM50/5-HR DAY | RM300/5½-DAY/WK without Benefits


  • Assist and support to Management Council
  • Ensure safe and secure communal living focus
  • Ensure quality delivery of services
  • Perform regular site inspection checks
  • Ensure functioning plant, machinery, and equipment
  • Maintain current record of Assets Register
  • Attend to Insurance Matters
  • Manage Security Systems and Service Provider
  • Ensure Fire Protection, Prevention, Evacuation Plan
  • Assist in Emergencies, Rescue & Evacuation
  • Ensure Projects delivery and completion
  • Attend to Procurement Matters
  • Ensure and enforce regulations affecting Residents
  • Perform Front Office Service and conflict resolution
  • Manage Common Property Rentables
  • Attend to Sub-Sales Clearance of Unit Owners
  • Maintain current Owners Strata Roll, Tenants Register, and related databases
  • Attend to Daily Collection & Petty Cash
  • Monitor Delinquent Accounts and institute Enforcement Measures
  • Coordinate Monthly Accounts and Reports
  • Administer Office Service facilities and maintain proper records
  • Assist, organize, coordinate and attend Council, Sub-Committee, and General Meetings, including the recording of minutes
  • Arrange, organize, coordinate and attend Community Social Events
  • Execute any other duties and tasks as assigned by the Council


  • Malaysian national, in possession of Certificate/Diploma-level education in Private Secretaryship/Business Studies/ Administration/Management, or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in a similar or related capacity, assisting Management and working as a member of a small team
  • Computer-literate, conversant with distributed computer-LAN networks, the Internet, and proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g.: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent, competent command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia, and be able to communicate and interact skillfully and tactfully with all parties
  • Be of a meticulous, organized and systematic nature; teachable and proactive; and possess a pleasant, tactful, matured and calm personality, a strong sense of responsibility and a high degree of confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently, to multi-task, and be able to calmly attend to infrequent crisis situations
  • Own means of transport to independently attend to banking, local authorities liaison, and purchasing
  • Off-hour attendance at regular Council and sub-Committee meetings and events organized for the community
