Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan, lead, execute & monitor the effectiveness of sales strategy and promotion plan to support the expansion of U Mobile product & services in assigned areas/territories
  • Work closely with distributors & managing dealers portfolio in the respective areas/territories
  • Aggressively build and drive the growth of dealers in the respective areas/territories
  • To drive the sales team to meet designated area/territory sales performance in meeting department prepaid & postpaid sales target
  • To proactively manage inter-department requirements and communication in order to meet sales objectives as well as optimizing support resources

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree or equivalent in any field
  • Aggressive and target driven
  • At least 10 years of sales experience in Telco / FMCG related environment with minimum 5 years of experience in sales team management
  • Sales-driven with a good track record of sales achievements
  • Possess own transport with a valid driving license
  • Willing to travel
