Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Actively participates in business unit competence committee
  • Coaches and develops a competence mindset within all business units across the region
  • Coordinates competence needs in Business Improvement meetings & consolidates  competence development activities on a quarterly basis
  • Leads, coordinates, executes and follows up competence development activities
  • Aligns all learning activities towards IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things) and AI (Artificial Intelligence)
  • Manages and leads subgroups within the competence development team
  • Actively participates in the governance structure of competence with all regional peers

Experience/ Qualifications

  • Min. Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experienced in building and managing competence development in organizations
  • Demonstrated experience in being a change catalyst
  • Fluent in English, strong oral and written communication skills
