To attend daily briefing pertaining to daily VIP arrival, upcoming events, new menu and etc
To ensure that all operating equipments in work area is in working condition. To report to superior on any problems encountered.
To adhere to all method of food preparation and recipes as per company establish standard.
Requirements: Must have CHINESE KITCHEN experience in in hotel or restaurant. Able to conversant in CANTONESE or MANDARIN.
Salary: RM3,500.00 to RM6,000.00 /month
