Job Description

-Ability to learn on product/solution range and technical details through training.
-Provide primary outbound for B2B organizations via leads provided.
-Perform profiling, data validation and database contact acquisition.
-Perform RSVP to support lead qualifications/generation activities.
-Ensure achievement of performance related KPIs.
-Accurately update and record customer information into CRM provided.
-Developing and maintaining over time a cooperative working relationship with customers.
-A modest know-how approach in information analyzing and results evaluation to choose the best solution and resolve problems.

-Must be able to work on shift and weekends if required
-Strong communication and interaction skills
-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
-Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
