Job Description

  • Responsible for front desk function and guest reception
  • Handle / provide general administration support such as fax, mail, courier arrangement
  • Prepare payment voucher / claim form
  • Simple data entry tasks for maintaining proper records
  • Issue simple letters / correspondence
  • Assist in other administrative and general tasks as assigned by superior when needed - ad-hoc task
