Advertiser Account Manager *business development role
location: Kuala Lumpur
Salary: RM4000 - RM5500

Responsibilities:

  • The primary job of account manager centers on seeking new sales opportunities, and creating long-term, trusting relationships with the existing customers.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Acquire new sales opportunities and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks
  • Enhance reputation of organization by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
  • Liaise between the customer and internal teams
