INSURANCE SPECIALIST (LOCAL BANK)

JOB SUMMARY
A local Malaysian bank is looking for Insurance Specialists who can assist clients with insurance product and/or service issues and help to maintain good customer experience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To promote and sell insurance products, aided by leads from other bank's staff and customer database
• To generate own leads from walk-in customers, bank events and personal contacts
• To identify new sales strategies and approaches to achieve sales target
• Actively participate in the bank's sales and promotion activities
• Provide excellent customer service
• Disciplined tracking of all sales activities

REQUIREMENTS:
• Preferably Degree or Diploma holder with 1 year of sales experience
• Driven and passionate
• Able to work under minimal supervision
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Persuasive sales and negotiation skills
• Solid networking with local community
