Job Description

Responsibilities
• Provide technical support and hardware and software installation/upgrade
• Manage and support Microsoft Windows environments (eg. AD. Exchange, VMware, SAN)
• Provide network maintenance support
• Perform routine tasks such as system administration, user account management, backup
• Maintain IT inventory of assets and software
• Provide application systems and computer support to end-users
• Provide application system training and assist in implementation

Qualification and Experience Required
• University graduate in computer related discipline
• At least 2 years hands-on experience in ERP system, computer and network support  CCNA and MCSE preferred

Knowledge
• Microsoft Office, Windows Server and domain environment
• LAN and WAN infrastructure and operation principles
• Network monitoring and trouble shooting
• Computer hardware and software trouble shooting
• ERP applications

Skills/Abilities
• Good communication skill
• Self-motivated and team player
• Work independently under minimal supervision
• Fluent in Chinese and English
• Problem analysis and solving skill
