Job Description

Provide support on full spectrum of Human Resource Management covering acquisition and retention, compensation and benefits, staff welfare.
-Review and develop proper system for staff recruitment, appraisal, promotion and benefit
-Develop procedure for termination, retrenchment, disciplinary action and counseling
-Liaising with relevant regulator bodies (EPF, SOCSO)
-Preparation and management of in-scope employees database.
-Preparing the employment contracts and documentations.
-Maintenance of employee database
-Provide recruitment support to the including sourcing and arrange for interview appointments upon obtaining interviewers' consent
-Ensure timely and accurate payment of staffs' salary, SOCSO, and EPF
-To be responsible with the calculation of payroll
-to ensure distribution and control of performance appraisal for confirmation, extended probation, salary increment upon obtaining consent from Chairman and Managers

To advise the staff's performance (e.g annual record like attendance and disciplinary report) to Managers
-Responsible for preparation of staff's appointment letter, promotion letter, transfer letter and confirmation letter upon obtaining confirmation from Chairman of Board Management and Managers
-Responsible to prepare personal file for each new staff, update staff's personal file, personal record and salary record and to verify resigned staff summary and update data in system.
-Update staff's leave application record
-To handle employee attendance record and prepare report.
-Ensure all records and data pertaining to staff i.e. confirmation, transfer, resignation, promotion and others are correctly recorded and updated
-Develop tools to assess training needs and effectiveness, design and deliver internal and external training programs
-Prepare yearly training plan and ability to identify training need with Managers. Ensure training plan executed
