Job Description

Job Description & Responsibilities:

- Manage marketplaces including sales and account performance

- Handle daily marketplace operation, include shipping, order processing, customer service

- Answer basic customer services regarding sale, shipping and other questions

- Assist with ad hoc tasks assigned

- Handle data and file processing

Skills:

- Good understanding in Excel

- Understand how to priorities duties given and meet criterial deadlines

- Excellent command of writing English

- Fresh graduates welcome

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.

- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Melayu; Cantonese is an advantage.

- No work experience required.

- Preferably Entry Level specialized in E-commerce or equivalent.

Other Details:

- 5 working days

- Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm (Office)

- Location: Sunway Geo Avenue
