Job Description

  1. Manage e-commerce platforms.
  2. Update online stores and manage website contents such as product thumbnails, banners, price, shipping and etc
  3. Attend to local & overseas customer queries.
  4. Prepare daily work report across different channels
  5. Packing and monitor shipment to ensure parcel delivery is within acceptable duration.
  6. Plan, manage and implement online activities for all e-commerce platforms.
  7. Responsible, honest and good integrity with right working attitude.
  8. Assist in ad-hoc duties as and when required.
  9. Languages (read/write): Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu, English.
  10. Able to work within deadline
  11. Able to work independently
  12. Proficient in Ms Word & Excel
