This is a full time position for the role of Sous Chef.
We are a specialty coffee cafe located at the edge of Taman Seputeh (next to Mid Valley Mall) serving up mainly western fusion food but occasionally with seasonal touches of other cuisines in our menu.

Scope of Work
- Basic kitchen duties of ensuring cleanliness and organized manner.
- Food preparation with consistent quality.
- Cost controlling to ensure purchases are controlled monthly and costing updated.
- Delegating work duties to the team in an efficient and effective manner.
- Team player maintaining supervised control over the kitchen crew.
- Liaising with suppliers for stock ordering and order checking on delivery.
- Wastage control to minimize food waste.
- Ensuring kitchen equipment are used and maintained in proper order to prevent damage or losses.
Location: Taman Seputeh, Kuala Lumpur.
Salary: RM2,600.00 to RM3,800.00 /month
