Elderly Nurse Assistant (For Sarawakian/Sabahan)

Working Days & Hours:

• Working Hours: From 8:30 am to 6:30 pm (please advise)
• Work Days: 1 rest day per week 

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Nursing.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Registered with the Malaysian Nursing Board (LJM) and possess a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC), where applicable.
• Caring, patient, and compassionate towards elderly residents.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work in a nursing home environment.

Job Scopes:

• Monitor residents’ vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and blood sugar.
• Conduct routine health checks and screening.
• Provide wound care and basic nursing procedures.
• Monitor residents with high blood pressure, diabetes, and other chronic conditions.
• Assist with personal care, feeding, mobility, and toileting.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ health conditions.
• Maintain nursing notes, medication records, and care plans.
• Arrange and assist with medical appointments and hospital visits.
• Respond to emergencies and provide first aid.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards.
• Communicate with doctors, families, caregivers, and healthcare staff.
• Ensure residents’ comfort, dignity, privacy, and overall well-being.

• Salary Range: RM 2500 to RM 3500 based on experience
