SMT Service Engineer (Bayan Lepas)

HIT Technology Intelligent Sdn. Bhd. specializes in SMT solder paste screen printing equipment sales and technical services.

We provide technical training and opportunities to gain practical experience in machine installation, setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. Overseas training will be arranged to help employees develop the technical skills required for their roles.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Install, assemble, set up and commission SMT solder paste screen printing machines.
• Perform machine calibration, alignment, parameter adjustment and functional testing.
• Carry out routine maintenance, cleaning, troubleshooting and machine repairs.
• Identify machine faults, analyze technical issues and implement appropriate solutions.
• Provide technical support and after-sales service to customers.
• Perform machine inspection, testing and performance improvement.
• Travel locally and overseas for machine installation, servicing, maintenance and troubleshooting when required.
• Prepare service reports and work closely with the team to ensure smooth machine operation.

Job Requirements:-

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Candidates with relevant technical or engineering experience are preferred.
• Experience in machine installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, or repair is an advantage.
• Good problem-solving skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Willing to travel locally and overseas for work assignments.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage.
