Production Manager (Nilai)

Responsibilites:

• To lead and oversee all production activities within manufacturing facility.
• Coordinate closely with procurement and logistics teams to ensure the timely availability of raw materials and components
• Take charge of the Rotational Molding, Pipe Extrusion, Compounding, Pulverizing, and Fitting production processes, including production parameter control.
• Maintain high standards of product quality through stringent process control measures.
• Prepare and manage the production budget, ensuring that production costs are maintained within agreed-upon limits.
• Monitor and report on production performance against the budget, identifying areas for cost-saving and efficiency improvements
• Report daily progress, production output, waste management, and any necessary defect rectifications to the Assistant Factory Manager/Factory Manager.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure minimal production downtime and equipment reliability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• With hands-on machineries operating, repairing, and installation skills & experience, will be an added advantage
• Proficiency in Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking vendors.
• Possess a strong background in production management, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a proven ability to drive efficient, cost-effective operations that meet both company targets and customer expectations.
