YOU'RE THE ONE IF YOU...

Job Requirements:

• Have 3+ years in F&B or hospitality, with some supervisory experience
• Genuinely enjoy serving people and making them smile
• Stay cool, positive and in control during peak hours
• Can lead by example and bring out the best in your team
• Speak Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is a bonus!)
• Are flexible with shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Have a food handler certificate and typhoid injection (or are willing to get them)
• Are a Malaysian citizen

Job Scopes:

• Be the face of our hospitality: welcome guests, delight them and turn first-timers into regulars
• Run the show from opening to closing and keep everything flowing smoothly
• Lead, coach and motivate a team that loves what they do
• Keep our food, drinks and service consistently excellent
• Work hand in hand with the kitchen, especially when it's busy
• Keep the cafe clean, safe and looking its best
• Take care of stock, ordering, cash handling and daily sales
• Share your ideas to make the cafe even better
