Job Overview

We are looking for a Performance Test Engineer to join our testing team. The candidate will support performance testing activities including test scripting, execution, monitoring, analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand application and business requirements.
• Prepare and execute performance test scenarios.
• Develop and maintain performance test scripts.
• Analyse performance test results and identify potential issues.
• Prepare performance test reports and documentation.
• Work with application, development and testing teams to resolve performance-related issues.
• Assist with other testing activities, including Test Automation when required.

Requirements

• Malaysian citizen only.
• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• 6 months – 1 year of experience in Performance Testing.
• Hands-on experience with NeoLoad, JMeter and/or LoadRunner.
• Basic understanding of Load Testing, Stress Testing and Performance Analysis.
• Exposure to Dynatrace, AppDynamics or similar monitoring tools is an advantage.
• Good analytical, communication and documentation skills.
• Willing to learn and work with senior team members.
