Quantity Surveyor (Kuching Sarawak)

Working Days & Hours:

• Monday to Friday: From 8.00 am to 5.00 pm
• Saturday: From 8.00 am to 12.00 pm

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or related field
• Good analytical, communication and teamwork skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; QS software is an advantage
• At least 1 to 3 years of experience in the construction industry
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Job Scope:

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets and tender submissions
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ), quotations and cost analysis
• Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations
• Prepare progress claims, variation orders and final accounts
• Monitor project costs and coordinate with the project team
