Drafter - Surveyor Company (Kuchai Lama KL)

• Draft survey plans, topographic maps, cadastral maps, title survey and as-built drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant software.
• Interpret field data collected by survey teams and convert into technical drawings.
• Work closely with licensed land surveyors, engineers, and project managers to ensure drawings are accurate and meet project requirements.
• Ensure all drawings comply with local regulations, technical standards, and company guidelines.
• Revise drawings as necessary based on feedback or changes in project scope.
• Organize and maintain digital drawing files and records for all projects.
• Perform basic data checking and quality assurance before submission.
• Support in preparing documentation for submissions to authorities when required.

Requirement:

• Certificate or Diploma in Geomatic / Land surveying or related
• Minimum 2 year experience as drafter or similar role in the land surveying field
• Proficient using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, CDS, Liscad, Topcon Link
• Language required : Malay or English

Working: Monday - Saturday (half-day)
