Job Requirement:
Preferably Male
Certificate or Diploma in a related field such as Electrical, Building Maintenance, Mechanical, Building Operations or Facilities Management.
2–3 years of relevant working experience in building maintenance, facilities management, property maintenance or a similar environment.
Candidates with recognised electrical competency certification will be strongly preferred.

Other relevant electrical competency recognised by Suruhanjaya Tenaga
Practical knowledge of electrical installation, mechanics, air-conditioning and general building maintenance, including plumbing.
Experience with standby generator operation, routine inspection, and maintenance is preferred.
Experience in fire protection systems and building safety facilities is an advantage.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
High accountability and Able to work with minimum supervision.
Good communication, documentation and record-keeping skills.
Willing to work on weekends/public holidays whenever required.
A valid driving license is an advantage.
Job Scope:
Conduct routine inspection and preventive maintenance of building facilities and equipment.
Monitor the proper functionality of the premises’ overall electrical system, standby generator set, lighting, switches, electrical outlets, air-conditioning system, pumps, elevators and other building facilities.
Conduct routine check on fire protection and safety system including fire alarm system, fire pumps, fire extinguishers, emergency exits and related facilities.
Regular inspection of the premises’ pipe network, water supply, drainage and sanitary facilities
Monitor building access control system such as entrances and exit points and ensure they are well secured, functional and properly identified.
Monitor CCTV, access control and other building-related electronic systems.
Perform troubleshooting and minor maintenance works.
Maintain preventive maintenance schedules, inspection checklists, equipment records and service records.
Coordinate and monitor appointed contractors, suppliers, vendors, consultants and service providers.
Monitor and follow-through scheduled servicing, testing, inspection and maintenance works.
Respond to urgent maintenance issues and building-related emergencies when required.
Provide technical support and venue setup for events held at Wisma SABATI.
Liaise with and follow through with appointed contractors and service providers of major maintenance works on the premises.
