Operations Manager (Kuching)

Salary: RM3,500 - RM5,500

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee all landscaping projects, maintenance contracts, and site operations. You will lead the team to deliver quality work on time for MBKS, DBKU, and private clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and supervise landscape installation & maintenance works
• Manage 10-15 crew, supervisor, drivers and machinery
• Control project cost, material and ensure <5% wastage
• Ensure safety compliance, quality, and client satisfaction
• Handle client meetings, progress reports and progress claims
• Achieve >90% plant survival rate during DLP

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Horticulture, Landscape, Agriculture or related
• Proficient in Word and Excel
• Experience in landscaping operations prefered but fresh grad encouraged to apply
• Experience with MBKS/DBKU/JKR projects is a plus
• Knowledge of plant care, irrigation, turfing, pest control
• Fluent in BM & English, Mandarin & local dialects is an advantage
• Valid Driving License Class D. Able to travel to sites.
