Job Description

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service and high standards.
• Lead, supervise, and develop team members to achieve operational goals.
• Monitor sales performance, manage costs, and drive profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene, and safety regulations.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control.
• Prepare staff schedules to ensure optimal manpower planning.

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in any field or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with F&B, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience will have an added advantage.
• Passionate about the F&B industry and customer service.
• Willing to learn and develop a career in restaurant management.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Positive attitude, responsible, and a good team player.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
