Job Requirement :

• Supervise and coordinate daily site operations.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications and project schedule.
• Manage site workers, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health and environmental (HSE) requirements.
• Conduct daily site inspections and identify any quality or safety issues.
• Prepare daily site reports, progress reports and attendance records.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, Engineers, Consultants and Clients.
• Monitor material deliveries, equipment and site resources.
• Ensure all works comply with CIDB, DOSH and local authority regulations.
• Resolve site issues promptly and report any delays or technical problems to Management.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Company.
