Job Requirement :

• Plan, coordinate and supervise daily construction activities at project sites.
• Monitor project progress and ensure works are completed according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and relevant authorities.
• Prepare work schedules, progress reports and technical documentation.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental requirements.
• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions during construction.
• Monitor project costs, materials and resources effectively.
• Ensure compliance with CIDB, DOSH, local authority regulations and company policies.
• Attend project meetings and provide technical updates.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Management.
