Position Overview

• Project Execution: Overseeing the day-to-day coordination of site activities, sub-contractors, and resources.
• Information Management: Managing technical documentation, RFIs (Requests for Information), submittals, and project schedules.
• We are seeking a highly motivated Project Coordinator with strong capabilities in managing the full product development lifecycle, particularly in telematics projects.
• The role involves bridging customer requirements, hardware and software development, testing, and technical support to ensure successful product delivery.
• Key Responsibilities
• Manage and support the full product development lifecycle from concept to deployment.
• Work on telematics-related products including hardware and platform integration.
• Conduct hardware testing, validation, and evaluation.
• Perform platform/system testing and ensure performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Gather customer requirements and translate them into technical specifications and product concepts.
• Collaborate with developers to convert ideas into functional designs and implementations.
• Prepare clear and comprehensive user manuals, installation guides, and technical documentation.
• Conduct product training sessions for internal teams and customers.
• Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting.
• Assist in continuous product improvement based on feedback and performance data.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and support.

Project Management & Planning

• Plan, manage, and track product development timelines and deliverables.
• Create and maintain project schedules, including Gantt charts and milestone tracking.
• Ensure timely execution of tasks across hardware, software, and testing teams.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Monitor progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or similar) is an advantage.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering) or related field.
• 2 to 4 years experience or exposure to telematics systems, IoT, or embedded systems is preferred.
• Strong understanding of hardware testing and validation processes.
• Familiarity with software/platform testing and system integration.
• Ability to translate customer needs into technical requirements and product concepts.
• Good documentation skills (user manuals, guides, SOPs).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to conduct training and provide technical support.
• Basic project management and timeline planning skills (Gantt chart experience preferred).
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of GPS tracking systems, CAN bus, sensors, and telematics platforms.
• Basic understanding of APIs, cloud platforms, or IoT ecosystems.
• Experience with testing tools and debugging hardware/software issues.
• Familiarity with product lifecycle management (PLM) tools.
