About the Role

We are seeking a versatile and fast-paced Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join our growth marketing team. This role is ideal for a creative professional who thrives in a high-output environment and can deliver high-quality visual content across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Meta Video Ad Creation: Edit and produce high-converting long-form and short-form video creatives tailored specifically for Meta Ads (Feeds, Stories, Reels).
• High-Volume Graphic Design: Design static graphics and ad creatives for Meta. You will be expected to produce, iterate, and deliver 30 to 50 graphics or creative variations every day based on performance data and testing frameworks.
• Webinar & Zoom Post-Production: Edit recorded Zoom meetings, masterclasses, and webinars. This requires strong attention to detail to ensure the speaker’s tone is engaging, presentation slides are seamlessly integrated, and dead air is removed while maintaining a natural flow.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 2 to 8 years of professional experience in video editing and graphic design.
• Language Skills (Non-Negotiable): Must have good Mandarin reading comprehension and good Cantonese listening skills to accurately edit Cantonese-spoken webinars.
• Technical Skillset: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) or equivalent industry-standard tools such as Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• Speed & Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet daily output targets for graphic variations without sacrificing quality.
