Sales Engineer (Shah Alam)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Working location is in Shah Alam
• Normal working hour, 8.30AM-5.30PM, Monday-Friday
• Salary package is up to RM3500 (Negotiable based on your working experience)
• Entitled for sales commission
• Entitled for fixed car allowance (RM400-RM800, depending on your car), medical insurance, petrol card, travel allowance, company phone, company uniform

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provide technical consultation to customers by understanding their machining requirements, recommending suitable tooling solutions, and preparing detailed proposals and quotations.
• Conduct product presentations, machine demonstrations, and technical briefings to clients, highlighting performance benefits, cost efficiency, and productivity improvements.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for metal cutting tools and manufacturing machinery within assigned territories, achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and after-sales service teams to ensure smooth project execution, machine installation, commissioning, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers by providing after-sales technical support, troubleshooting assistance, and regular follow-ups to secure repeat business and long-term partnerships

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Languages: Malay and English (Spoken and written)
