HIRING: CRM Executive

Employment Type: Full Time-Contract (12 months, renewable)

Work Location: C-9-3, The Link 2, Jalan Jalil Perkasa 1, Bukit Jalil, 57000 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Salary: RM4,100 - RM7,500 (depending on years of experience)

A fast-growing international travel company based in Hong Kong and Singapore, providing intriguing and in-depth tour services to travellers in Asia and Mandarin/Cantonese-speaking economies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer profiles, lead statuses, and sales pipelines within HubSpot CRM
• Set up and refine WhatsApp and email sequences, workflows, and automation rules to enhance lead nurturing and customer engagement
• Organize and segment customer and prospect lists for targeted marketing campaigns and sales follow-ups
• Regularly audit the CRM to remove duplicates, standardize data, and ensure accuracy for reporting and outreach
• Assist in creating and assigning tasks for the sales team, ensuring timely follow-ups and tracking customer interactions
• Generate weekly and monthly CRM reports on pipeline progress, lead conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness
• Work with the marketing and tech teams to integrate HubSpot with other tools (e.g., Omnisend email platform, ad platforms, email marketing tools) for seamless data flow
• Stay updated with HubSpot's latest features and CRM best practices to continuously improve processes
• Update website and digital assets

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/STPM qualification
• 0 - 8 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in both English and Cantonese is a must
• Mandarin (spoken/read) proficiency is an advantage
• Eager to learn and thrive in a high-pace, growth-driven environment
