Industry: Automotive (Electric Vehicle 4S Shop - Sales & Servicing)

Client/Work Location: Lot A, Jalan Bangau 10, Bandar Puchong Jaya, 47100 Puchong, Selangor

Job Type: Permanent with client

Salary: RM2,500 - RM3,500

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Understand customer concerns and explain service recommendations clearly.
• Prepare and manage repair orders using the Dealer Management System (DMS).
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of vehicle repairs.
• Keep customers updated on repair progress and vehicle collection.
• Schedule service appointments and ensure smooth workshop operations.
• Promote maintenance packages, accessories, and other aftersales services.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
• Ensure accurate documentation, invoicing, and warranty-related processes.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and follow dealership SOPs.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Automotive, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry.
• Experience with EV or premium automotive brands is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong customer service experience are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance; EV knowledge is a plus.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin is a plus, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with DMS is preferred.

Additional Information:

• Working Schedule: 5.5 days per week (Monday - Friday: 9AM-6PM, Saturday: 9AM-1PM)
• Annual Leave: 8 days
• Probation Period: 3 months
• Reports directly to the After Sales Manager
• Immediate joiners are preferred

Minimum Education: Diploma/STPM
