A. Business Development & Student Recruitment
- Drive student enrolment across all Pine Hills campuses.
- Identify, pursue, and close prospective families (local, expatriate, homeschool, and GK)
- Conduct campus tours for prospective families at all campuses.
- Present Pine Hills' academic programmes, Henkan culture, GK programme, and
- student achievements to prospective parents.
- Handle walk-in inquiries, phone inquiries, and digital leads.
- Follow up on all leads and inquiries within 48 hours. No lead goes cold.
- Attend all Saturday Open Days across campuses as needed.
- Attend local exhibitions on weekdays and weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).
B. Outreach & Community Engagement
- Visit kindergartens, preschools, and community centres to build feeder relationships.
- Approach corporates and multinational companies to recruit employees' children.
- Visit embassies to build relationships with education officers and the diplomatic
- Community.
- Engage foreign agents to bring international students into Pine Hills.
- Attend education fairs and community events to generate leads.
- Build relationships with parent communities, tuition centres, and local organizations.
- Develop referral networks with existing Pine Hills's parents.
- Target the Indian and Tamil-speaking family market (leverage your Tamil language
- ability.
- Explore any other channels that bring students into Pine Hills.
C. CRM & Lead Management
- Manage and maintain CRM system for all student leads across all campuses.
- Ensure 100% of leads are logged within 24 hours.
- Track lead status, follow-ups, conversions, and pipeline value.
- Provide weekly CRM performance report to Zeus.
- Follow up persistently until closed or disqualified.
D. Marketing Support
- Support marketing campaigns and lead generation activities.
- Coordinate with Jaz on social media leads and digital campaign follow-ups.
- Provide feedback from parent interactions to improve marketing materials and
- messaging.
- Support event planning for Open Days and exhibitions on weekends (Saturdays & Sundays)
F. Reports
- Weekly reports are compulsory to submit to your superior.
- Daily updates are compulsory to submit to your superior.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in CRM management and lead tracking.
- Familiarity with marketing strategies and community engagement.
- Fluency in Tamil is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
