Program Planning & Coordination: Plan and coordinate daily and weekly camp schedules, activities, and events; ensure activities are age-appropriate, educational, and engaging; coordinate logistics including venues, materials, transportation, and meals.
Staff & Participant Management: Supervise camp instructors, facilitators, and support staff; ensure staff follow camp policies, safety guidelines, and schedules; oversee camper attendance, behavior, and well-being.
Health, Safety & Compliance: Ensure camp activities comply with safety standards and company policies; manage emergency procedures, incident reporting, and first-aid coordination; ensure proper supervision and child safeguarding at all times.
Parent & Stakeholder Communication: Communicate with parents/guardians regarding schedules, policies, and updates; handle inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally; coordinate with internal departments and external partners.
Sales & Business Development: Promote and sell company products/services to prospective and existing clients; identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions; achieve individual and team sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients; respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally; handle objections, negotiations, and closing of sales.
Marketing & Promotion Support: Participate in sales campaigns, events, and promotional activities; assist with lead generation and follow-ups; maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
Administration & Reporting: Maintain camp records including attendance, consent forms, and reports; prepare post-camp evaluations and improvement recommendations; prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation; update CRM systems with sales activities and customer data; provide regular sales performance reports to management.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Education, Sports, Event Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience working with children or youth programs preferred.
Experience in sales, customer service, or advisory roles preferred.
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours during camp periods.
