Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Accurately update and maintain daily attendance records to ensure student accountability.
  • Regularly update and manage student lists for various programs, including GK, PHIS, and online classes, to ensure accurate enrollment data.
  • Promptly respond to messages on School2me, facilitating effective communication between the school and families.
  • Oversee library operations, managing resources and ensuring a conducive environment for student learning and exploration.
  • Supervise students during dismissal, ensuring their safety and well-being as they leave the school premises.
  • Assist with the clocking in and out of students, maintaining accurate attendance records.
  • Follow up on leads for prospective students, providing information and support to encourage enrollment.
  • Manage updates related to school uniforms and address inquiries from parents regarding uniform policies.
  • Communicate important updates or changes in classes and activities to parents in a timely manner.
  • Assist with school events and provide support to the Principal with any urgent tasks that arise.
  • Welcome parents and students each morning, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
  • Provide counseling and conduct campus tours for walk-in customers, showcasing the school's offerings.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a professional first impression for visitors.
  • Keep detailed records of school supplies and equipment used by teachers and students, including sports items and paper usage.
  • Receive and update EMO books for students, ensuring accurate tracking of student progress.
  • Update library inventory and monitor student borrowing activities to promote reading and resource utilization.
  • Participate in weekend events as required, contributing to the school's community engagement efforts.
  • Assist the Sales team with various tasks as needed, supporting enrollment and outreach initiatives.
  • Take on any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Head of Department or Supervisor, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support the team.
