Responsibilities
- Assist teachers in preparing lesson plans and instructional materials.
- Support classroom management and student engagement activities.
- Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring to students as needed.
- Help in assessing student progress and maintaining records.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Education or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and students.
- Passion for education and a commitment to student success.
- Previous experience in a classroom setting is a plus but not required.
