Primary and Secondary Teachers Entry Level/Associate (KL/Shah Alam/Subang Jaya/Cheras)

Teachers will ensure continuous progress and development of students while preparing teaching materials and resources in accordance with the syllabus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct classes according to the Cambridge curriculum.
• Create a positive learning environment.
• Motivate students with enthusiastic and creative class activities.
• Ensure continuous progress and development of students.
• Prepare teaching materials and resources in accordance with the syllabus.
• Prepare and mark quizzes and examination papers.
• Meet requirements for the assessments and report student’s progress.
• Provide constructive feedback to parents.
• Evaluate students' courseworks, assignments, projects, and presentations.
• Responsible for classroom management and monitoring student discipline.
• Organise and participate in all school events such as co-curricular activities, sports day, field trips, and concert nights.
• Work collaboratively with all faculty members to plan and coordinate assigned tasks.
• Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc tasks, and other duties when required.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree/Professional Degree in Maths, Accounts, Education, or any relevant field.
• Excellent command of English in both written and spoken.
• Familiar with IGCSE syllabus with at least 2 years of teaching experience required.
• Good communication skills and time management skills.
• Willing to work in a team and follow instructions given.
• Dedicated and passionate about education.
• Able to work extra hours when required.
• Having a positive attitude, with a friendly and outgoing personality.
• Able to commence work immediately.
