Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR & Admin Manager to play a key role in supporting the overall human resources function within our growing organisation. This role covers end to end HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance, including the management of foreign workers.

Working Days & Hours:

  • Working Hours: From 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
  • Work Days: Monday to Friday and Alternate Saturdays

Job Requirements:

  • Must possess at least bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related field.
  • Minimum 5 – 8 years of progressive HR experience, including managerial exposure.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws (Employment Act & SLO) and foreign worker management.
  • Experience in ESG initiatives and ISO compliance is an added advantage.
  • Proven experience in strategic HR, organisational development, and employee relations
  • Strong leadership presence with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Able to prioritize and work under pressure.
  • Candidate must be willing to work in Samalaju Bintulu, Sarawak.

Job Scopes:

  • Developing and implementing HR Strategies, policies and procedures to support the overall business objectives.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment, including foreign worker hiring and onboarding.
  • Develop and manage compensation, benefits, and performance appraisal systems.
  • Drive employee engagement, relations, and workplace culture initiatives.
  • Plan and implement training, development, and succession programs.
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws, ESG practices, and ISO standards.
  • Oversee HR operations, including HRIS, attendance, reporting, and employee records.
  • Manage foreign worker welfare, permits, and legal compliance.
  • Support organizational development, change management, and HR projects.
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties or assignment when assigned by Management.
