Job Description

Responsibilities:-

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other meeting documents
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic files and records
  • Perform basic finance operations 
  • Provide support and assistance to team members 
  • To assist superior in record keeping, updating data & filing in a proper documentation in timely and accurate manner
  • Assist in general office administrative matters
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior as when required from time to time.

Requirement:-

  • Preferable with 1 year working experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Highly motivated self-starter who takes initiative with minimal supervision and enjoy working independently
  • Able to start work immediately!
  • Hardworking with a positive attitude
  • Proactive, energetic, responsible, willing to learn, result oriented and good working attitude
  • Good organizational skills and a sense of urgency towards task completion
  • Able to work under fast pace and pressure environment
  • Must be Computer literate (MS Words/Excel)
