Job Description
Responsibilities:-
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other meeting documents
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files and records
- Perform basic finance operations
- Provide support and assistance to team members
- To assist superior in record keeping, updating data & filing in a proper documentation in timely and accurate manner
- Assist in general office administrative matters
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior as when required from time to time.
Requirement:-
- Preferable with 1 year working experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Highly motivated self-starter who takes initiative with minimal supervision and enjoy working independently
- Able to start work immediately!
- Hardworking with a positive attitude
- Proactive, energetic, responsible, willing to learn, result oriented and good working attitude
- Good organizational skills and a sense of urgency towards task completion
- Able to work under fast pace and pressure environment
- Must be Computer literate (MS Words/Excel)
