Store Manager (Sipitang)

Working Days & Hours:

• Working Hours: From 8:30am to 8:30pm
• Working Days: Monday to Sunday, (1 Day off)(Rotation Shift)

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail or supermarket management.
• Experience being manager for 4 years above
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, honest, and able to work independently.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office and POS system knowledge is an advantage).
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Fluent in Mandarin to communicate effectively.

Job Scopes:

• Lead, Supervise & motivate stuff to achieve operational targets
• Monitor inventory levels, stuck control
• analyze sales performance
