Job Description
Working Days & Hours:
- Working Hours: From 8:30am to 8:30pm
- Working Days: Monday to Sunday, (1 Day off)(Rotation Shift)
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail or supermarket management.
- Experience being manager for 4 years above
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Responsible, honest, and able to work independently.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office and POS system knowledge is an advantage).
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Fluent in Mandarin to communicate effectively.
Job Scopes:
- Lead, Supervise & motivate stuff to achieve operational targets
- Monitor inventory levels, stuck control
- analyze sales performance
