Job Description

  • Manage inventory movement, including stock monitoring, stock allocation, and stock transfers.
  • Support daily e-commerce sales operations and monitor unpicked or missed orders through the POS system.
  • Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and operational processes.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy and smooth coordination between stores and the e-commerce team

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM or higher qualification.
  • Possess own transportation.
  • Good command of English with strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently.
  • Able to work under pressure and support extended working hours during peak and festive seasons
  • Experience in e-commerce operations, inventory management, or retail operations will be an added advantage.
