Civil and Structural Design Engineer (Kuching)

Working Days & Hours:

• Working Hours: From 8:30am to 5:00pm
• Work Days: Monday to Friday only

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering from a recognized University.
• Registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM), if any.
• 1-2 years experience in civil and structural design. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Able to communicate and write proficiently in English and Bahasa Melayu.
• Basic knowledge in Geotechnical and Bridge Engineering design practise.
• Knowledgeable in AutoCAD drafting tools.
• Knowledge in BIM softwares, Esteem, Prota, MIDAS or other engineering software is an added advantage.

Job Scopes:

• Responsible to civil and structural design in accordance to the specifications and design guidelines.
• Developing and reviewing engineering drawings.
• Collaborating with other engineers and professionals, and to liaise/ attend meetings with consultants, clients and authorities.
• Motivated, capable of meeting deadlines and willing to work on flexible or extended hours.
• Able to work independently with minimum guidance.
• Willing to attend meetings, site visits and travel outside Kuching (Outstation project sites, including rural area, as and when required.).

• Salary Range: From RM 2,100.00 to RM 2,400.00
