Job Title: Sales Admin

Client/Work Location: Keng Choon Coffee,  Taman Perindustrian USJ, Selangor, Malaysia.

Job Type: Permanent (salary will be paid by client as well)

Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday – Friday)

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Admin to join Keng Choon Coffee. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing sales documentation and inventory-related tasks independently.

Job Responsibilities

  • Generate sales-related documents such as Delivery Orders (DO), Invoices, and Credit Notes (CN)
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments
  • Order stock from HQ and ensure timely replenishment
  • Monitor and manage stock levels

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum SPM / Diploma
  • Experience: 1–2 years of relevant working experience
  • Language: Mandarin preferred
  • Age Range: 30–40 years old
  • Gender: Female preferred

Salary Range

RM 2,300 – RM 2,600

Annual Leave

8 days per year

Overtime

Provided if required to work extra hours
