Job Description

SALARY: RM2500 - RM3200 per month (Depending on qualification and experience).

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to read and write Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Good organizational, filing and record-keeping skills.
  • Responsible, trustworthy and able to work independently.
  • Experience in retail or garment industry is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties.
  • Handle data entry, filing and document management.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence and business documents.
  • Maintain sales, stock and inventory records.
  • Liaise with retail outlets and warehouse personnel .
  • Support daily office administration and operations.
