Job Description

Salary: RM2,300 – RM2,800 per month (depending on experience)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming merchandise.
  • Maintain accurate stock records and inventory reports.
  • Ensure proper stock arrangement and housekeeping of the storeroom.
  • Practice and monitor stock rotation using the FIFO (First In, First Out)
  • Prepare and issue goods according to requisitions and delivery schedules.
  • Conduct periodic stock counts and assist in inventory reconciliation.
  • Coordinate with the merchandising and retail teams on stock movements

Requirements & Skills

  • Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physically fit to handle stock receiving, packing, and movement.
  • Responsible, trustworthy, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of inventory systems or retail software will be an added advantage

Minimum Qualifications

  • SPM / STPM / Certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or warehouse operations (garment/apparel industry preferred).
  • Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English.
