Job Description

Position: Human Resources Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to support the full spectrum of Human Resources functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding, HR administration, employee relations, performance management support, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

The ideal candidate should be organized, able to work independently, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively support both employees and management.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources, Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and performance management.
  • Knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and statutory requirements will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
  • Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Experience supporting operations, retail, manufacturing, warehouse, or multi-department workforces will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate and facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation programmes.
  • Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases.

HR Administration

  • Prepare and maintain HR-related documents, including employment contracts, offer letters, confirmation letters, transfer letters, warning letters, and other employment-related correspondence.
  • Maintain and update employee records and personnel files.
  • Ensure all HR documentation is properly filed and maintained.

Performance Management

  • Monitor employee probation periods and coordinate probation reviews and confirmation processes.
  • Assist in the implementation and administration of performance appraisal processes.

Employee Relations

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and employment matters.
  • Assist in handling employee grievances and disciplinary matters in accordance with company policies.

Payroll & Attendance Support

  • Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and other HR-related data.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by ensuring employee information, attendance, leave, and overtime records are accurate and submitted on time.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, employment legislation, and statutory requirements.
  • Prepare HR reports, manpower reports, and other HR-related documentation as required.
  • Liaise with relevant government agencies and external parties when necessary.
  • Training & Employee Engagement
  • Coordinate training programmes, employee engagement activities, and company events.
  • Support initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and workplace culture.

Others

  • Perform any other HR and administrative duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Salary: RM 2K- 3K

Working Hour: 10am - 7pmĀ
