JOB SUMMARY
The Multimedia & Digital Content Intern will support the development of engaging digital content, social media campaigns, and internal communication platforms. The role focuses on driving employer branding initiatives through creative video production, content creation, and social media engagement while also assisting in the design and maintenance of SharePoint sites for Human Resource and Quality Management System (QMS) functions.
This internship offers hands-on exposure to corporate branding, digital marketing, content strategy, internal communications, and SharePoint development within a dynamic automotive organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Social Media Content Creation & Campaign Support
- Support the execution of the "Bermaz People, Bermaz Stories" employer branding campaign.
- Create engaging video content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and internal platforms.
- Assist in video shooting, editing, caption writing, and content scheduling.
- Develop creative concepts, storyboards, hooks, and visual content to improve audience engagement.
- Monitor social media trends and recommend content ideas to increase visibility and reach.
2. Social Media Performance & Community Engagement
- Track campaign performance, views, engagement rates, and audience growth.
- Prepare monthly social media performance reports and dashboards.
- Support engagement initiatives by responding to comments, messages, and audience interactions where applicable.
- Identify opportunities to increase organic traffic and improve content performance.
3. Graphic Design & Digital Communications
- Design posters, infographics, presentations, banners, and promotional materials.
- Create visual assets for HR initiatives, employee engagement programs, QMS communications, and corporate events.
- Ensure consistency with company branding guidelines across all digital materials.
4. SharePoint Development & Content Management
- Assist in designing and developing Share Point pages for Human Resource and QMS CORE.
- Create user-friendly layouts, navigation structures, banners, and digital content.
- Upload, organize, and maintain HR and QMS-related information and documents.
- Support continuous improvement of Share Point user experience and accessibility.
5. Other Duties
- Provide administrative and creative support for HR projects and corporate initiatives.
- Assist in photography, videography, and event coverage when required.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in:
- Multimedia
- Digital Media
- Graphic Design
- Mass Communication
- Creative Media
- Marketing
- Related disciplines
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, or equivalent).
- Graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
- Basic photography and videography skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content trends.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint is and advantage.
