Salary: RM 2,300.00 per month (not negotiable)
Shift Commencement: 7:00 AM onwards
Availability: Immediate Intake
Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and organized Senior Assistant for our hub operations in Sungai Buloh. In this role, you will perform hub-related duties such as sorting, while acting as a leader to guide team members and ensure daily operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and perform daily hub operations including sorting, scanning, and organizing inbound/outbound packages.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of sorters to achieve daily operational targets.
- Monitor team attendance, delegate tasks efficiently, and ensure a high standard of accuracy.
- Utilize a laptop to update operational data, track shipments, and generate daily reports.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace at the hub.
Requirements:
- Minimum Education: Diploma in any field.
- Experience: Prior experience in warehouse, hub, or sorting operations is highly preferred. Experience in a leadership or supervisory role is a strong advantage.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using a laptop, including standard functionality in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to guide, manage, and motivate a team of workers effectively.
- Attributes: Physically fit, reliable, and capable of working the morning shift starting at 7:00 AM.
- Availability: Able to start work immediately.
Job Type: Full Time-Contract (contract can be renewable every 3 months based on client's demand and performance evaluation)
